Waitress very unfriendly. Ordered well done fries and I got undercooked COLD fries. Even the 2nd order was identical to the 1st! She said she tasted one and they were hot. NOPE! Gross! Husband had buffalo chix salad with a very small amt of chix. So many other restaurant choices in town

Horrible experience! Sat outside and seemed like their team spent more time out there smoking than taking care of their guests. After waiting a hour after our appetizer (cheese sticks were good) for a chicken sandwich and 6 wings my husband went in to settle up on the drinks and app and our server was sitting at a table eating. That was the cherry on top. She went to get her manager to void our order and shockingly the food was coming out right then. My husband told her we were hungry and if the food was ready we would take it. The wings were ice cold and his sandwich was just warm. His fries were hot. We ate maybe 1/3 of the food and he went in to pay again she was on her phone. He had to go up to her ask her to run his card so we could just leave. It was not busy at all. We were the only customers on the patio and maybe 5 tables inside. We were only charged for app and drinks but it was a horrible experience and we will NOT be back.

Its a bar and they have really good bar food. They are the only place opened late in Blue Ridge. We had wings and fries and shrimp. It was really good and our server was really wonderful. I would def go back and the cheesecake was great too.

The only establishment open till midnight. We stopped on for some dinner and drinks. They were out of a few beer selections. The food was very good. We had wings and the loaded fries. The fries were amazingly delicious and the wings were cooked to perfection. Our server was Johnny on the Spot. He checked on is regularly and ensured we had everything we needed.

We were looking for a place dog friendly and they definitely are . The staff was nice & very attentive. They provided water for my pups . The wings are really good , the lemon pepper wings were not like your traditional lemon pepper wings but they are definitely worth a try . Kid-friendliness: They allow children .

on our trip from florida, we stopped in to meet up with some friends. it s a cool spot, awesome murals on the walls, and great food and drink selection. we got the fried jalape?os and mozzarella sticks. the fried jalape?os were sliced and small, but a great portion and absolutely delicious. the mozzarella sticks were LOGS and intimidating but delicious as well! i got a sour on tap and i don t remember the name of it, but it was good. the bartender jermaine was super friendly and informative with any questions we had about drinks or the menu. parking was easy late night on a weekday. seems like this is the only bar in the downtown strip that s open late, so i definitely recommend popping in for some food and drinks if you re in the area.

I am not one to leave reviews, but this bar is the perfect example of a hole-in-the-wall that is not welcoming to people from out of town. You could definitely tell from entering the place that its a local-friendly type bar. Our group waited for drinks for over 20 mins even though there wasnt that many people there, yet certain people could walk up and get drinks quickly. The difference was our formal attire vs. your average local just out on the town. Being from a huge college town with plentiful bars and nightclubs, I get it. Locals enjoy their spots, however, in a town like Blue Ridge where there is literally zero nightlife, that simply cant exist. Not in order to maintain good business. Travelers from out of town are paying customers and you not only want them to have a great experience when visiting Blue Ridge, but you also have staff/bartenders who need to make money. I have been coming to Blue Ridge for many years and have never experienced anything like this. Blue Ridge is a very small town so there arent a lot of options for places to go out socially, but I definitely will never recommend this establishment to any of my friends, family, or followers on socials. Even though our original trip was planned for Asheville, NC, due to the hurricane we changed last minute to Blue Ridge bc it has so many amazing views, great places to eat, as well as activities to do. But when it comes to the Blue Coyote, just dont bother. You dont want to leave Blue Ridge having such a disgusting stain on such an amazing trip.

Our bartender Mikaela was superb. Super chill atmosphere, great drinks and helpful people.

Servers were nice and attentive. The atmosphere is fine, nothing phenomenal just a typical basement bar. The food is horrible. Do not order food here and you will enjoy your visit.

I was in there maybe 10 minutes ago and I was ripped off the bar tender got me 1 beer and I gave her a 20 dollar bill and she gave me 1 Dollar back and I no for sure because I only took 40 in with me and they argued with me an theived said it was 5 I gave her . how dose 20 instantly change into a 5 My advice is stay away from this rip-off of a business. I am not even giving it a star what it needs is shut down Not even giving it 1 Star there
